Hi! Very nice video. I have one question, what is the best approach to work with excel files that are generated in different languages?

I see that the fist row of my data is : Unnamed: 0,Unnamed: 1,Unnamed: 2,Unnamed: 3,Unnamed: 4,Unnamed: 5,Unnamed: 6,Unnamed: 7,Unnamed: 8 because I have 9 columns, any clue ? Can it handle multiple headers files ? Does the data has to start in A1 ? In the comments @upmdosadno offered a different method to use path , @Crow2525 shared the script After a year, can we have a feedback or an updated version Anyway to make the variable path dynamic that it picks up the path where the script is ?

I've been following your channel for some time now and I find the content you show very valuable and enhance my private toolbox in the use of PQ. I would like to ask your advice on a situation I have encountered, namely I am using SP and within Sites A, which I have access to, I want to make text files available for reading to another person. When I use SharePoint.Contens the other person can't refresh the request, he gets a message about having to log into Sites A, where he won't get access in full, of course. On the other hand, when I change the method to SharePoint.Files without editing permissions the same query this person can refresh it, he gets the contents of the text file in response. Have you encountered such a 'problem'? Could you suggest how I can solve this problem?

@ 4:29 what do I use for csv files? If I do excel.workbook it lists all the csv files I have in each table, instead of giving me the data in the csv files?

How to deal with null in columns

Goodly, what if instead of taking data from a folder, i want this to be sheets in same excel..how to make it queries from same excel file? Shall I select from table range ?

Mine acts weird. When I use try I only get FALSE with a error in the window saying "DataFormat.Error Invalid Cell value "#N/A". I am seriously struggling to find this error, I have a table with a million rows and it stops the whole query. I cant even use a blanket remove error it still says dataformat.

Taking Power Query to the next level. Edit (a day later): A dashboard I published on the PowerBi service failed to update. I verified that one of these random columns (Column14) is missing in 3 tables (it has probably been filled in as there are changes in the Excel tables. I prefer to get data from tables to prevent this, but the information owner doesn't want to have tables. With this video, the problem is dynamically solved. Thank you again for the tips here and on LinkedIn
